The long sandy beach is idyllically located directly on the Veluwemeer. As the holiday resort is right on the water, no dike or quay road spoils the wonderful view. Use of the beach is free for guests of the BEACH VILLA.
So nothing stands in the way of a jog or Nordic walking directly on the beach.
And children love this sand because of its ideal consistency for building sandcastles .

The resort has its own marina with a slipway and mooring jetties . Here you can dock your boat directly.
For an unforgettable trip on the water, boats can also be rented directly on site (boat rental). In the Netherlands, boating is also possible without a license (up to 20 km/h)!
And the 7 islands of the Veluwemeer ("Azores of the Veluwe") enrich every trip on the water.
If you want to go on a longer boat trip: the IJsselmeer is only a few nautical miles away.

Would you like to explore the area in the typical Dutch way? Don't worry, you don't have to bring your bikes from home. You can rent different types of bikes, different transport solutions for small children such as cargo bikes , children's bike seats , e- bikes , bike trailers for dogs and other equipment directly at the holiday park reception.
Hop on your bikes and explore the wonderful nature around the holiday park! You can also get information and maps for particularly worthwhile cycle routes in the lobby.
Many routes take you past the most beautiful places, through cozy little villages, extensive forests, windmills, horse paddocks, farms and small cafés and nice restaurants.

Huge shallow water area :
What's particularly great about this holiday resort is that the water is very shallow up to the offshore island. Ideal for children and young people of all ages to swim and enjoy a variety of water sports. The area for non-swimmers is clearly marked and fenced off. There are no dangerous currents in this part of the sea either!
Nice and warm : A great advantage is that the water in the park's bays warms up more quickly due to its shallow depth. And it's always there, because unlike the North Sea, there is no low tide here ;-)

The park is always very well maintained . This is a particular concern of the park administration and has been anchored accordingly in the park regulations.

When there is a stiff breeze or on cooler days, you can make yourself really comfortable in the large winter garden and enjoy the view of the water from there.

Oh, how nice! This small, cute surf shop not only has surfer clothing, hoodies, wetsuits, board shorts, tankinis, beach wear, necklaces and bracelets to offer.

Security
Special feeling of security :
The park is an exclusive beach area reserved only for authorized guests. There is a gated entrance with video surveillance and a park supervisor . In urgent cases, the park staff can be reached 24 hours a day, every day.
The paths are very well lit, so you feel very safe and comfortable there even in the dark.
Due to its ideal size (not too small and not too big), the park exudes a family atmosphere.
Children in particular benefit from the fact that " walking speed " is required throughout the entire park area.
Good communication
Due to its close proximity to Germany, the holiday resort is also very popular with Germans. In this respect, there is a good mix of nationalities here. Even if you are not entirely confident in one or the other foreign language:
In addition to English, you can also get by well in this park German . This can also be very beneficial for small children.

Fishing for personal consumption is permitted in this park in the specially designated areas and the surrounding waters. Cast your rod at the most beautiful fishing spot in the region, either from a boat on the natural lake or from one of the jetties in the park .

The kids have the opportunity to rent fun vehicles such as go-karts. These high-quality vehicles make exploring the holiday park on four wheels even more fun.

This park has many seating areas in special locations that invite you to relax and unwind in a quiet spot. After a long walk through the park, there is always a wonderful spot for a little picnic .

How about a nice, sociable afternoon of games? Everything has already been thought of: all you need to do is choose a suitable board game from the lending library in the lobby and off you go.

Always interesting & relaxing at the same time:
..just watch the countless species of water birds in the nature reserve for a while, while the reeds on the picturesque little islands of the natural lake sway back and forth in the wind.

If you want to do some laundry during your stay, there is a well-equipped laundry room with several washing machines and dryers within the holiday park , very close to the BEACH VILLA. You can easily pay by card. The laundry room is open around the clock.
