From the terrace you have direct access to the beach . Wonderful! Simply walk barefoot through the fine sand to the water without having to cross a road!
Unique: the BEACH VILLA is the only holiday home with a roof terrace in the first row on the main beach. This section of beach is the most beautiful in the area.

The 2 terraces are ideally laid out so that you can enjoy the morning sun and the evening sun to the fullest. At the same time, there are also areas with pleasant tree shade all over our property. Under the glass terrace roof you can enjoy the fantastic sea view in the fresh air even when it rains.
The additional roof terrace allows you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. All 3 terraces offer a wonderful sea view, and the view from the roof terrace is spectacular. Here you have a very good view of the sandy beach and a 180-degree sea view . You can even see the marina very well from here. This way you won't miss a boat leaving the harbor .
A parking space is reserved for guests of the BEACH VILLA directly at the holiday home, whose immediate location on the beach also delights water sports fans: simply take the windsurfing and stand -up paddling equipment out of the car and then jump straight onto the board. Fantastic!

Restful at night too. All 3 bedrooms are quietly located and equipped with large, comfortable beds (6 beds in total, some box spring beds, each 200cm long), in which both adults and children can sleep comfortably. Freshly made beds on arrival are included . The bedroom on the upper floor is particularly popular with children, as it is a typical Dutch mezzanine. The lower ceiling height makes it look like a cozy cave. Another child's bed can be added on the ground floor if required. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality insect screens . The BEACH VILLA has air conditioning to ensure a temperature that is comfortable for you.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fittings and designer washbasins. The rain shower function is pure wellness ! The separate toilet is practical and pleasant, especially when there are several people staying.

Tip:
It is best to book by next Monday and enjoy the whole of Sunday on site . Sunday is generally not an official arrival day anywhere . Therefore, final cleaning is only possible on Monday. Check-out is possible around the clock on Sunday. Another advantage is that there is usually a higher discount for longer stays.
